Are you ready to empower yourself for true Maternal Wellness?
Face-to-face consultations are invaluable and underestimated. Dr. Eade will travel to your home to work with you to maximize convenience and comfort. The length of appointment can be decided together but will include a complimentary 15 minutes ‘getting to know you’ conversation at the start. Alternatively, you can choose to book a clinic appointment at various locations across London.
Before your experience, you will be asked to review a form explaining the importance of confidentiality and patient safety. You will be asked for basic details including contact details and your local NHS GP. You will be asked to sign a consent form as well as a note down a few of the topics that are most important to you for us to explore together.
The experience and what to expect:
We want to do everything possible to promote long-term health and well-being for you and your family.
Maternal Wellness has a commitment to excellence, attention to detail and optimal patient satisfaction. Our approach to care is second to none. We can support NHS clinical pathways, have specialist secondary care connections across London and England and can produce relevant, safe management pathways to compliment your healthcare journey.
You can choose to work one-to-one or in small group workshops.
-
1. One-to-One Session
An individual personalised consultation one off or as a package with a set number of follow up sessions. This is your session and your time. There will be a relaxed basic structure that we can follow but we will work together to address whatever is most important to you.
-
2. Small Workshops
Small groups of up to 5 women working together with Dr. Emma Eade – no question is off limits! The power and energy of female groups coming together is phenomenal. Let’s come together in the way that women have come together for millennia. This will be a guided session to discuss relevant issues decided together. It can follow a set structure or can be a flexi-session and see where it takes us.
