HerSpaceLondon
Join us in November 2025 for a four-part journey through the menopause — a phase of life that deserves more understanding, more compassion, and far less confusion. Each 2-hour session combines gentle movement, open conversation, expert insight, and plenty of snacks. You’ll leave each week feeling informed, supported, and empowered to take control of your changing body with confidence.
What to expect: Each session begins with a 45-minute guided movement class (think strength, stretch, and a lot of laughter), followed by refreshments and a relaxed discussion led by our team of women’s health professionals.
Week 1: What’s Happening in My Body? — 4 November A gentle movement and stretch session followed by an informative talk and Q&A on what’s really happening during menopause. We’ll explore hormonal changes, symptoms, and what’s ‘normal’.
Week 2: Mental Health & Movement — 11 November We’ll dive into how movement supports your mental health and hormonal balance, including pelvic floor awareness, strength training, and balance work. Afterwards, join a discussion on the emotional shifts of menopause and how exercise can help you feel more grounded, strong, and sane. (Featuring guest insight from our pelvic floor specialist.)
Week 3: Fuelling the Change — 18 November Learn how to nourish your body during menopause with a realistic, food-first approach. After a gentle class, we’ll talk about nutrition, key supplements, and the small daily habits that make a big difference to energy, mood, and metabolism.
Week 4: HRT — Fact vs Fear — 25 November Let’s clear the confusion. This session focuses on separating myth from evidence around hormone replacement therapy. Expect a balanced discussion led by our medical expert, plus personal experiences shared openly and without bias.
Each week will be hosted by:
Dr Emma Eade BSc, MBBS, MRCP, MRCGP, MSc - GP and Menopause Specialist
Nesse Cannon - Founder of HerSpace, Clinical Nutritionist and Women's Health Expert
